Rats! Something about your order just isn't quite right? We want to make sure you are completely satisfied. Before you start, please review the following guidelines:
Return Process:
If you are not satisfied with our product, and meet the guidelines above, please email [email protected] with the details. He'll have you ship the product back to us and your full purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded within 2 weeks of receiving the product. You'll need to pay for the shipping back to us.
Exchange Process:
Need a different size? Want a different style? Let's swap. Make sure you meet the guidelines above and email [email protected] with the details. He'll have you ship the product back to us and we'll credit you or charge you for the difference in price for the new product/size you want. You pay for shipping back to us, and we'll pay for shipping to get the new product to you. After that, you wear the product with a big smile on your face because Gitch Gear rocks!
Oops! Our Mistake Policy:
If we screwed up and shipped you the wrong product, wrong size, or there is a defect with the product, that is our fault. We're sorry about that, but we'll make it right. Email [email protected] with the details. He'll send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the wrong product and we'll get you the new product.

Our process for returns/exchanges for bottle openers is quite simple. If Gitch Gear screwed up or there is a defect with the product, that is our fault. Email [email protected] with the details. He'll take care of it, cause you deserve to have an awesome product that you love. However if you don't like your product, give it to someone who will. :)

- Your garment must be unwashed, unworn, and have its fabric tags still in place.
- Your return/exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product. To initiate please email [email protected] with the details. He'll get back to you as fast as he can. Read more below on what you can expect for each process.
- We need to have your product back in our hands within 14 days of you initiating the return/exchange process.
- We don't profit on shipping, so depending on your situation, we will be sharing shipping costs to make sure you are happy with your final product.
